Pretty Girls Plank | Lifestyle Product Photography for a Pilates Brand
Pretty Girls Plank came to me looking for more than individual product photographs. The goal was to create a complete visual world around the brand—bright, energetic imagery that showed the products in use while capturing the personality and lifestyle behind them.
For this Rhode Island commercial production, we built the shoot around a Pilates studio environment and a cast of models, creating a mix of lifestyle, product-focused, detail, and movement imagery. Working alongside a video team allowed us to capture photography and motion content within the same production and give the brand a cohesive collection of assets to use across its website, social media, advertising, and marketing.
Commercial photography is ultimately about making a product understandable and desirable. For Pretty Girls Plank, that meant showing the details of the products while also creating the feeling of the brand: playful, polished, confident and full of energy.
The final library gave the client a versatile collection of photography and video designed to work together across multiple platforms—one production with content that can continue working for the brand long after shoot day.
